Calling all chicken lovers… more below…

First, we have so many changes in the works here, that we sometimes miss our menu posting deadlines (like last week).

FYI – (1) installing a new vacuum sealing machine today. We will soon be offering packaged ribs that can be reheated at your convenience, and also rub and sauce so you can try to duplicate the taste at home.
(2) If you did not see on FaceBook, we have a new smoker currently being constructed to improve both quality and quantity. We intend to have a contest to name our newest addition to the family when it arrives.

Chicken people – you ask for chicken, but then I do not see you for weeks. So we are taking a different approach. This week I have both thighs and breasts just for this experiment. Chicken does not take me as long to cook as my other meats. Plus, chicken does not hold as well in a steam table as other meats. So I am going to ask you chicken people to reserve your food in advance. Give me a 1 1/2 hour notice, and I will time your chicken so that you have something that is totally fresh when you come in. And let your significant other eat the championship ribs and be happy. WhatsApp me at the number below to reserve food.

** Slow Smoked Pork Ribs
** Chicken Breast (with rice)
** Chicken thigh (with rice)
** Pork Loin (with rice or as a sandwich)

** potato salad (have not decided which color yet)
** Beans for the Beast
** Macaroni and Cheese – muy bueno!!

** Onion fried hamburger

** Chocolate dessert – place your bets on this one as a favorite.
