With every inhalation you supply all of your cells with fresh oxygen. Oxygen is what your cells use to create energy.
So, a sloppy or stressed-out inhalation = sloppy and stressed-out cells = disease and fatigue.
With every exhalation your body is releasing carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is a bi product and is toxic for you.
So, a sloppy and stressed exhalation = a buildup of toxins in your body = pain, tension and disease.
As we grow up and experience the challenges and stresses of life our breath becomes shallow, stressed and uneven. In this workshop you will get a chance to have a close look at your own breath. You will be guided towards a full, deep and relaxed breath.
You will learn practices to bring in more energy, or to calm you down.
You will learn tools to release negative emotions, and to put you into a calm parasympathetic state where your body can heal and restore itself.
You will be amazed by how much calmer and better you will feel after only these 2 days.
The techniques that we are using at Pampamisayoc Qigong are from the Daoist and Chinese Traditions. They have developed and refined ways to live a healthier, longer and more fulfilled life for thousands of years.
