After being ignored by the supposed best plumber in Cuenca, I contacted Jorge Monge. He replied right away and came today to fix what I thought was a big problem.
He iced it right away and charged me $10.
The last visit by the “best” plumber lasted about the same amount of time and he charged me $40.
