Hello. Please help specifying what is needed in order to obtain an Ecuadorian Driver’s License, outside from the test(s) one has to pass at ANT.
I have a USA license and someone told me that I will “need a driving report that goes back 3 years (it must have an apostille).” Is this so? Any idea as to how one can obtain such without having to travel to the States?
