TNT, The New Theater is an addition to Cuenca’s cultural landscape, a theater devoted to providing satisfying theatrical experiences for their audiences by focusing on excellence in play selection, acting, directing, and production design. TNT plans on presenting both contemporary and classic works, and looks forward to joint productions with the Cuenca theatrical community. They are very excited to produce “Love Letter” by A.R. Gurney as their very first show as TNT.
“Love Letters” is a simple, two-character play with a man and a woman reading their letters written across the decades starting from when they were children all the way to later in life. This frequently revived play is funny, engaging, and ultimately moving, and has been an audience favorite since its debut in 1988.
“Love Letters” will be presented at idiomART on May 25 at 4 PM, and on May 26 and 27 at 7 PM, with doors opening one hour before the performance. Tickets are $10 and reservations can be made at res@idiomartcuenca.com
