Is a Latino time. Yes, we’ve decided to have the two best kitchens, Peru and Mexico. We want to know your opinion after the most popular of both countries. Which one you think is the best?!
1. Ceviche
Sea bass cold cooked in lime, with red onion and cilantro and served with toasted corn, sweet potato and rocoto chili on the side.
2. Tamal de pollo
Corn dough filled with stewed chicken and wrapped in corn husks. A homey treat from Mexico.
3. Cochinita Pibil
From Yucatán, this Mayan dish is slow roasted pulled pork made with achiote and spices, served with pickled onions.




4. Lomito Saltado
Sauté beef stripes with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and French fries, with soy sauce and spices. Served with rice.
5. Picarones
The most popular dessert in Peru, fried pumpkin, and sweet potato doughnuts, drizzled with cane sugar syrup. Jus amazing.
6. Tres leches
And of course, we won’t miss the worldwide known Tres leches. A perfect sponge cake soaked in three milks; evaporated, condenses and whole milk and topped with cream.
