I woke up this morning determined to (1) eat right, (2) exercise more, and (3) drink less.
Then I thought, Pájaro y Bestia is open on Friday and Saturday afternoons. And they have the best BBQ pork spareribs in town.
Hmmm… How can I resolve this? Well, the answer is simple:
(1) Eat right – buy the best ribs in town.
(2) Exercise – I can ride Tranvia to the Coronel Talbot Parada, then walk 1/2 block to the corner of Gran Colombia y Estévez de Toral to P&B. That way I get my steps in…
(3) Drink less – Pájaro y Bestia offers Le Paz Torete cerveza (with 9.7% alcohol). So, I can drink half as much beer…
