The Shambhala Meditation Group of Cuenca is happy to invite you to our regular programming.

Our regular programming includes

Group meditation every Sunday from 10:30 AM – noon. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10 AM.
The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and text recitations from our tradition.

Book Study Group, on a subject related to Buddhism and mindfulness, meets
Every Tuesday from 3:30 – 5 PM. Online via Zoom.
