Marco is a true professional, trustworthy, speaks excellent English, and bends over backwards to assist with all banking needs. We met with him at our home for an explanation of the 10.25% CD. He answered all of our questions plus the next day when we emailed him more questions. He immediately took the time to respond to them. He then assisted us with the bank transfer, took us to his office and completed all the paperwork plus the sign-in for the Coop app. All the staff at the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito 23 de Julio Ltda. were very helpful and professional. You can not beat his rates!
