Recommendation for Resto Maple, restaurant

A few weeks ago we celebrated a friend’s birthday at Resto Maple, and it was a wonderful experience. Our meals were delicious and it was obvious that they use high quality ingredients. Service was attentive and the owner was hands-on. Having experienced fine dining in Canada, all over Europe, South America, and Africa, I was very impressed to find this level of quality in an informal but elegant setting.
