While looking to purchase an apartment/house, I would like to recommend Maribel Crespo for the following reasons (just to name a few):
To begin with, Maribel is bilingual and her extensive knowledge with real estate is outstanding, I think due to her working in the USA as such, and once in Cuenca it was combined with her understanding of Cuenca’s territory, neighborhoods, etc. Maribel is able to offer/recommend perspective buyers a good selection of what is available in the market.
Maribel knew the exact places (institutions/departments) and took me there to process everything needed for a smooth closing. She really looked out for me and helped me save money/time/frustrations.
While I was going out of the country, Maribel even helped me paying the utilities (months after the closing!) and patiently waited for the reimbursement. It moved my heart with gratitude!
