We moved here 4 months ago and were blessed with finding Livia to keep our home in great condition. Livia is extremely thorough and conscientious. We have 4 large dogs, so her job is not easy, however, she does it with a smile. I have her 3 days a week, for 4-5 hours. Her rate is beyond fair. I know what she charges me for her time and the work needed but you will need to speak with her regarding your needs.
She is looking for additional work as she has a family to support. I highly recommend Livia!
