360 is located directly behind the new cathedral, an elevator ride up to the top floor. Though a bit hard to find, this place offers a fantastic view of Cuenca (and especially, the Cathedral).
The welcome and service were a nice change. Friendly and attentive, with fair pricing. The coffee was wonderful and food variety was sufficiently different to tempt the most experienced Sunday breakfast-goer. But it was the richness and flavor of the food that really sold the place!
