I highly recommend Lucia as an excellent Spanish teacher. I have been studying with Lucia for 10 years, both while I lived in Cuenca and since returning to the US.
As well as teaching the spoken language and grammar, we watch videos in Spanish that correspond to what I am learning. This helps immensely in my ability to comprehend spoken Spanish and converse about the various topics. Also, a friend who lived in Mexico studied with Lucia when she came to visit me in Cuenca. She said that Lucia was the best Spanish teacher she ever had.
