Japanese special
We are very sad that we had to close Sofy Local Cuisine for now… but good news are that we are doing our specials in Sofy Glocal in Casa del Parque. This time I’m inspired by some of the best Japanese restaurants I visited in NYC and I’m so happy I was able to find the products.
This special is going to be just awesome! We will have some sake and good wines to pair the dishes of this amazing cuisine.
Price per tasting menu is $30 and is only by reservation.
1. Miso Eggplant: roasted eggplant glazed with a miso sauce
2. Gyosa: homemade pan-fried dumplings with shrimp, cabbage and chives
3. Negima Yakitori: skewered grilled chicken and scallion
4. Tekka maki sushi roll
5. Shoyu ramen: Known as the oldest ramen, is made with soy sauce, pork and thin curly noodles
6. Matcha mochi ice cream
