I need long term storage space

I am looking for somewhere to store my art, rugs and some furniture, suitcases and possibly a few boxes, from mid-April for at least six months and possibly up to a year. No appliances or mattresses. Does anyone have an empty room or two they would like to earn some income from? The going rate seems to be $75 per month for long term, but we can negotiate for the right space.
