All foreigners of all nationalities who are irregular in Ecuador, on March 22nd 2023, the Presidential Decree was issued for the regularization of foreigners who are irregular in Ecuador. Note; for this regularization certain requirements must be followed, one of them is your registration at the following link http://www.estoyaqui.ec.
This regularization period will start on June 23rd, 2023 and will last 8 months for foreigners who want to regularize. The Regularization will be through an exception temporary residence visa or also called visa Virte.
