New electronic visa

I have a permanent resident investor visa that was originally stamped in my old passport. At renewal of my CD, I moved it to JEP ($42,500) who supports the electronic visa. I now have a new passport and need to tie my new passport number to my electronic visa. How is this accomplished?

I will be re-entering Ecuador in mid-2023. Can I show my old and new passports at airport entry and accomplish this task?
