Foundation Hogar de Esperanza renewed our agreement with the Municipal Hospital. This agreement gives us preferential services at the hospital and allows our doctor to directly order blood tests, exams and specialist appointments at a discounted rate. Although we try to use the free services at the public hospital whenever possible, at times there are long wait lists and they do not have certain specialties. The agreement allows us to offer more compete medical attention to the vulnerable individuals we serve.
Foundation Hogar de Esperanza works with various health centers across Ecuador, from the Amazon region to the coast. We provide a variety of services which includes accommodation, food, transportation, and medication to those in vulnerable situations in collaboration with these health centers.
