Gran Roca announces an Easter to Remember Farm-to-Table Dinner with Music. The event will include an amazing variety of dishes starting with our one-of-a-kind pastured Smoked Turkey and pastured Smoked Lamb.
The rest of the menu will be vegetarian and is harvested fresh from our gardens here on the farm. Not everyone can live on a sustainable permaculture farm…but you can eat like you do!
The three most important factors in eating healthy are the farming practices of the farmer, the variety of the foods you eat, and the time from harvest to your table. Gran Roca excels in all three and uses sustainable farming practices to grow our many varieties of crops a number of which are only found on our farm.
As for the music, Rob will be singing songs from Bernstein’s Mass (He sang in the west coast premiere in the 1970s.) and other songs sung at Easter.
