Chicken is chicken is chicken you say… I used to feel that way.
But this week we will prove that wrong.
Every week we are asked why we do not cook more chicken. Well the answer is simple. We cook something else that is extraordinary, and the chicken people opt for a different dish. This week, we want all the chicken people to come and wrap your lips around some chicken that is actually cooked in a smoker from beginning to end. “Real Deal” BBQ.
We plan to offer a choice of boneless chicken breast or a leg quarter seasoned with a chimichurri wet rub. Smoked to perfection, then served along with a side of mashed potatoes and chicken gravy.
