Our Italian version of Drunken Noodles features pasta covered in a sauce of pork sausage, bell peppers, tomato, and white wine topped with parm, parsley, and basil. The soup is a “cliend” favorite we haven’t made in a while: a tomato base with black beans, corn, spinach, chickpeas/garbanzos, and a little bit of onion. It’s seasoned with curry and a touch of red pepper flakes. It’s not super spicy, but it will leave a tingle on your palate. Finish off with a cheesecake bar baked with a blueberry topping.
