This is a follow-up post regarding the sudden “fee” of $4 added to the cash withdrawal amount at Banco del Austro ATMs. At least in close proximity to my apartment, Banco Bolivariano has a $2 fee, and Banco Pinchincha had a $1.50 fee. These are fees added to the withdrawal amount and therefore not reimbursable by Charles Schwab, and this fee does not include cross border or US bank fee.
