Rain, Rain won’t go away so it’s time to break out my aged lemons for some traditional chicken lemon soup. My lemons have been aging for over a year now so all the bitterness is gone. The lemons give my chicken soup a delicate lemon flavor without overpowering the lovely chicken flavor.
Groups of 4 or more can add the soup as an appetizer.
