I am Luis Velásquez, and I am a certified translator in Cuenca (English<>Spanish), certified by the Ecuadorian Judiciary Council. I have extensive experience in many areas, especially the legal area. If you need accurate translations for processes with different government entities, or interpretation or facilitation services (whether for government entities or other matters), just contact me. My translations are valid for all official entities, including but not limited to:
– Ecuadorian Immigration Ministry (Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana / Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility)
– Notary Public offices
– United States Government (USCIS – Consulates of the US in Quito and Guayaquil)
– Government of Canada (IRCC – Embassy of Canada to Ecuador)
– British Embassy Quito (Consulates in Quito and Guayaquil)
If you need interpretation or facilitation services, I can also assist you with that, for example, for going to the Immigration Ministry, Notary Public Offices, or attending medical appointments.

For interpretation services the fee is $15 for the first hour and $10 for each additional hour.
