Recommendations where to buy a laptop – Cuenca

Unfortunately my laptop was stolen while on a bus. Does anyone know the best stores to buy a second-hand laptop? Not looking for anything fancy, just enough to use Google docs, light browsing and under 14″ so it can fit in my bag.
