Dropped my Canon camera on its face with the lens extended. Not good. Would not start, would not retract; it was useless. After a reply from someone on GringoPost, I contacted FujiStore and they agreed to help.
There was a $20 fee for reviewing it and $32 for the repair. I now have a working camera with 3-month guarantee. They accepted my credit card. The technical service department contacted me several times in a very timely manner. They also accept bank transfers.
Delivered camera on Monday, picked it up on Friday. They took care of sending it to the local Cuenca technical service department farther downtown. Pleasant people, good service.
