Last night we went to Pájaro Y Bestia for dinner. In English, Bird and Beast/ The ribs were some of the best I’ve had, The sauce was on the side, some you can use as much or none, as the ribs are rubbed and very tasty. We sat on the top level and the views of Cuenca were very nice at night. I highly recommend them if you like ribs or Bar-B-Q chicken.
