Was shocked to see a $4 fee from my Austro ATM yesterday. Is this permanent?
Considering that JEP charges $5, and now Austro $4, can anyone refer me to a less punitive ATM provider?
One that allows more than $100 a day? Since my bank, Pichincha, inexplicably limits my daily withdrawals and has a dysfunctional web banking system that has been down for well over 2 weeks (can’t transfer) and is continually wrought with problems.
Bills need to be paid. just trying to find the least costly and most efficient way (ATM cards with no or higher limits)
