Where is Juana?

I have read many posts about the wonderful Juana’s Vivero up near Control Sur. I drove up there yesterday and got utterly lost. Came home with no plants at all.

Can someone tell me definitively where the @#&% Juana’s nursery is? Someone posted that it is across from the last Tranvia stop. Is this true? Thank you community. I appreciate it.
