Thank you City Dept. of Cuenca

As a resident of Edificio Rio Alto, We want to Thank the Cuenca City Departments for the street repairs done about a month ago on Victor Manuel Albornoz, and the current work in the park along the Tomebomba River, for clearing the area of dense vegetation along the river, that can contribute to flooding and can be a homeless encampment, as a danger to residents walking the trail. The work is much appreciated.
