Dr Rene Cabrera

I live in Salinas and am trying to contact Dr Rene Cabrera regarding cataract surgery. I do not use any social media (Facebook, twitter, etc.), he does not seem to have a web site, and I have tried 4 different phone numbers with no answer. My Spanish is marginal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
