Eating here you feel like you are a treasured guest eating in Christianne and Jorge’s kitchen. Mainly Italian food (from Christianne’s grandmother’s recipes), but also with a terrific selection of homemade mixed juices. They have vegetarian options, and took my allergies seriously. We stayed for nearly three hours, chatting about life, Cuenca, and even getting tips for other restaurants. (The owner of one of them popped by for his lunch and joined the conversation.) They speak English well, although at our insistence they let us practice our Spanish.
