Bank ATM fees

In the past week, Banco del Austro ATMs have added a $4 fee for withdrawals. Noticed at Santa Inez Hospital and along the Yanucay. We keep our money in US Credit Union and in our last three years have only seen these fees at other banks (not del Austro, which never charged us before).

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions requested; any suggestions appreciated.
