Can anyone mule an item to US?

Is any kind person heading to the US with an empty suitcase who can mule a quilt for me?

My sister’s cancer has recurred, and I want to send her a cuddle quilt. It weighs about 5 lbs., but is bulky. It would need to be mailed to Colorado.

I will pay $50 plus postage.
