What to do if one needs to sell household contents quickly?

I am a long-time resident and a question that has come up lately in conversations: what to do if one is leaving Ecuador unexpectedly but has to sell household contents? We’ve seen the garage sale type events. But what if you don’t have the time (or energy) for that? Is there a person or organization that will catalog and sell everything for you? Any insights or recommendations would be appreciated.
