The Shambhala Meditation Group of Cuenca is happy to invite you to our regular programming live and online via Zoom. We follow local health guidelines.

Our regular programming includes:

Group meditation in English and Spanish
Every Sunday from 10:30 – noon. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10 AM.
The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and
text recitations from our tradition.

Book Study Group, on a title related to Buddhism and mindfulness, meets
Every Tuesday from 3:30 – 5 PM.

Our programs are available in person and online. They are always free – and your donations are also much appreciated.
