There have been two separate occasions I needed help and our regular tech guy has gone to the US for an extended vacation.
I contacted Fixit and spoke to Cody. He was very quick to respond to all my inquiries. He assisted me with bringing my laptop back to working function and even cleaned the device. He was very informative throughout the process and every step. Honestly, a wonderful young gentleman and I would recommend him to anyone who is missing their tech guy. He has fair prices as well so that’s also a big plus for me.
