In our first place, he took care of landscaping our very large terrace, had custom brackets fabricated for us, and helped us find someone to make a gas fireplace.
When we had to clear out our apartment for an emergency trip back to the states, he was there in a moment’s notice and helped move our things into storage.
When we moved back to Ecuador, he picked us up from the airport and made sure we had full gas cylinders at our new place, when the real estate agent didn’t want to take care of it.
