US to EC wire receiving fee

Hello all,

I am looking to transfer money from my Charles Schwab account to Banco Guayaquil. Does Banco Guayaquil charge a fee to receive the wire? I used the Wise app recently and Banco Guayaquil dinged me $35 to receive; ouch! Wife is not happy. Please help.
