Hello, I have a couple of questions.
I got temporary residency last year and obtained a Cedula.
I had received the visa via email but that is deleted. I assumed it was all electronically monitored. When I arrived in Quito the other day they asked for my visa. I showed my cedula and she said that that I still need to show the visa upon entry. How can I get a copy without hiring a facilitator again?
Also, I wonder if it is permissible to purchase a motorcycle without an Ecuador driver’s license? If yes, can I register it with only my Canadian license? I do plan to start the process of obtaining my Ecuador license soon but am looking for an interim solution.
