First time for everything, right? It was dark and I must have dropped my wallet in the back seat or on the floor of the taxi, not realizing it until Saturday morning. I will follow up with a couple of possibilities…the guards at the location where I was picked up, the Chauffeurs Union where lost items are sometimes turned in to, and watch this site in case someone posts that they found it.
It was made locally: brown leather with a top and side zipper, purchased years ago in the Artisans Market on San Francisco Plaza. The one card inside has not been used and is stopped. Not a huge thing but certainly inconvenient regarding other things like a CT driver’s license, health insurance card, and a memory-stick with lots of photos on it, etc. I guess none of us should think this isn’t going to happen to us someday. Perhaps having a phone number in my wallet would have helped with its retrieval. I can be reached on my wife’s phone: WhatsApp: +1 860 208 4214
