Recommendation for Nomadas, restaurant

I would like to heartily recommend a new restaurant. The name is Nomadas (Nomads). It is a family run business, run by Kelbert and his wife and two children. You might remember Kelbert was known as the “bread guy” who emigrated to the Canary Islands a few years back. Well, he has brought his varied menu back to Cuenca. It is located just 2 doors up from Padre Aguirre on Calle Larga. Hours 9 AM – 9 PM.
