Loperamide

I have to ask again. Does anyone know where I can find Loperamide anti-diarrheal here in Cuenca? The pharmacy that is on Ordonez-Lasso and Las Americas is no longer selling it, according to the pharmacist. I need it daily after bowel resection surgery.
