Hello Everybody!
This is Bobby Kezer, and you are at the Son of Man: Urantia, project.
Welcome! And I hope you’re having a fantastic day out there.
So, Son of Man: Urantia is the short form of the life and teachings of Jesus found in Part 4 of the Urantia Book. In other words, I’m rewriting the original story into language accessible to more people. I’ve been posting chapters and highlights weekly on the Son of Man: Urantia podcast, and here on my substack page since last October. And people, this is turning out to be the most exhilarating experience of my life. Talk about being humbled. Anyway, I get goosebumps, like I’ve got right now, every time I see another example in the news of how timely and needed these lessons are in what seems to be a world becoming more confused with itself every day.
(more…)She is a Shih Tzu and is about four-years-old. She was rescued when the family she lived with moved and left her behind. A neighbor realized what had happened and brought her to a clinic to be checked. Now she is healthy, well-fed, and spayed. She has all her shots.
She is well mannered and never chews on anything she hasn’t been given to chew on. She jumps up on the furniture only after being invited. She loves to be petted and have her shoulders rubbed and her head scratched.
Last week I fell and hurt my knee so it is very difficult for me to take her for walks. I have to walk slowly and Sophie doesn’t understand why I’m going so slow. She pulls me when something needs to be investigated and I am afraid that she will pull me over if I don’t expect it. My balance is not as good as I would like.
Also, I have noticed that after staying in the apartment every day with no one to play with, she gets irritable and growls at some people and some dogs. I don’t know how she chooses who or what she will bark at. I feel sad that I can’t give her more fun and exercise.
She needs a home that can give her love, good health care, exercise, and shoulder rubs and head scratches.
Sophie is sweet and beautiful.

We recently got another request to make and sell chicken pot pies. Whenever we get a request, we always at least try to make whatever the dish is. Sometimes it doesn’t work to our satisfaction but I have to tell you… this time it did! Our Chicken Pot Pies remind me of the pies by Marie Callender. The only difference may be not as much crust. After some trial and error, we decided to only make ours with a bottom crust and a top crust. They are a good size portion 15 oz. and the cost is $4.50.

And just like our hugely popular ribs, the wings are served with sauce on the side because we have nothing to hide. We believe that our ribs and wings do not need to be sauced, but we will always have sauces available if that is your preference.
(more…)Glutathione combines three amino acids: cysteine, glutamic acid, and glycine. It is known as the ‘master antioxidant’ – and for a good reason!
Glutathione production, unfortunately, decreases with age. This is one reason why age spots are common as we grow older. This decline in production worsens with a high-stress lifestyle, poor eating habits or poor quality food, excessive toxins like smoking, alcohol or environmental pollutants and poor sleep, amongst other reasons.
Glutathione has many possible benefits, including:
(more…)Did you know that the lymphatic system helps your body eliminate toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials?
A healthy lymphatic system can usually do this without a problem, but certain health conditions and physical damage can cause fluid buildup.
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, is a gentle massage to relieve painful swelling in your arms and legs.
(more…)Dear friends of Gramm, we want to share with you some information about coca leaves:
Coca tea has been heavily used by indigenous people in South America for thousands of years and is made by steeping the leaves of the coca plant in boiling water. This allows the powerful phytonutrients to infuse into the water. In many parts of South America, this tea is known as mate de coca, and the greenish-yellow color is reminiscent of green tea.
The many benefits of coca tea are mainly the result of phytonutrients, as well as vitamin C, vitamin E, and B-family vitamins.
Coca tea
Most preparations call for using whole leaves, as plenty of the active ingredients will infuse the tea without crushing or cutting the leaves. Due to the stimulant qualities of coca tea, 1-2 cups per day is the recommended dose.
Benefits of Coca Tea
Coca tea should be used by people who experience altitude sickness, indigestion, fatigue, hyperactivity, frequent colds and infections, obesity, constipation, indigestion, diabetes and those with high cholesterol.

The Cuenca English Speaking Al-Anon is now meeting twice per week.
Al-Anon is for anyone who is or has been affected by another person’s drinking.
We meet on Mondays at 2 PM and Thursdays at 10:30 AM.
We’ve been volunteering with FAAN (Fundacion Amor Animal) for almost six months now. While we’re new to the organization’s eight years of rescuing and providing daily sanctuary for Cuenca’s Dogs, we are amazed at the heart, daily heroism and vision of all of the volunteers working to improve the lives of animals in our World Heritage City.

On my school trip back in 1988 I visited, for the first time, Huertos Uzhupud, and it was a waooo on my head. Not sure if it was because this old farm house was magic or because I was only 12.
60 min drive from Cuenca on the way to Paute is Huertos Uzhupud, an old hacienda with more than 250 years of history that became one of the most fantastic places to spend the weekend with family and friends, for all the Cuencanos.
Years back, it was sold to Jorge Portilla, founder and owner of the most beautiful Orquideareo in Azuay, called Ecuagenera.
Sr Portilla, his family and his team have been working hard to re-open to the public this gem now called, Uzhupud Garden
So let’s make a trip to visit this gem and lets all say wooaaooooo!
A day of relaxing between flowers and friends.
We kindly invite you to join our language exchange group Spanish-English/English-Spanish. The sessions are aimed at people willing to improve their conversational skills putting them into practice in a realistic environment and with native speakers.
The sessions are guided by a bilingual facilitator (a teacher with extensive experience in the field) who proposes the activities and conversation topics.
