They’ll be the star of this menu’s casserole: Chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, and corn combined with our homemade rotel and layered with corn tortillas. Our zesty and tangy roasted tomatillo sauce finishes it off. The salad is the perfect accompaniment. Shredded cabbage, black beans, corn, bell pepper, and pickled red onion are tossed in a creamy dressing. For the dessert, chocolate and dulce de leche are sandwiched between layers of oatmeal crust.
