Be in charge of your physical, spiritual, and mental health.
QiGong is the daily practice used in China for thousands of years to prevent sickness and to keep the Body, Mind and Spirit healthy and strong.
The practice involves breathing, movements to release tensions and block energy and flowing moving meditations. The whole practice is done with a strong intent, to focus and strengthen your mind. It empowers you to take charge of your own health.
All movements are very simple, and can even be done seated if needed. Anyone and Everyone can practice QiGong.

If you’re looking to improve your Spanish (especially listening comprehension, grammar and vocabulary) then you may want to download this free guide.
My team of native speakers and I at http://www.spanishtofluency.com have put together a list of Spanish movies, TV shows, books and music (sorted by level, genre, etc.) to help you find an authentic Spanish resource that is suitable for YOU.
I’ve also included a short video that suggests how you can use these resources at any level.

Our day begin in Cuenca at San Sebastian Park at 8 AM, then we will be heading to the Amazon (2h30min).Very close to Cuenca, just two hours away, it is located a peaceful Amazonian town called Limon Indanza. You’ll head into town for a look around and a chance to grab any extra snacks and bits of equipment before starting the cycling.
We will take our bikes; once you and your bike are a match, you will head out for a test ride and follow the stony tracks for around 12km or 20km depend of you experience and what you prefer.
You will pass remote settlements, villages, and cabins. You will stop in a scenic spot for photography. Then, you will arrive in Chiviaza for a refreshing bath in the river, where you’ll have time to swim, celebrate with a beer with your teammates and have lunch in Limon.

Because many on GringoPost are looking for the best place to make their investments and take advantage of the benefits of making CDs in this country, I’d like to introduce Crea Credit Union to you.
Established in Cuenca in 1964, Crea has experience servicing the community. We have more than 33 branches around the country and now we have a strong initiative serving international community. Starting from a decidedly strong base, Crea has only grown stronger. It is the cooperative that offers CDs with not only high rates of return but unparalleled safety and security of principal. That’s a combination that is hard to beat.
These are some of the benefits and reasonable reasons why people want to work with us:

When you see tomatillos, grab them! That’s exactly what we did. They’ll be the star of this menu’s casserole: Chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, and corn combined with our homemade rotel and layered with corn tortillas. Our zesty and tangy roasted tomatillo sauce finishes it off. The salad is the perfect accompaniment. Shredded cabbage, black beans, corn, bell pepper, and pickled red onion are tossed in a creamy dressing. For the dessert, chocolate and dulce de leche are sandwiched between layers of oatmeal crust.
Stacked Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Sauce: $25 (6-8 servings); $19 (4-5 servings)
Southwest Salad: $8/lb (2-3 servings)
Carmelitas: $3 each
