Discover Basic Goodness With Shambhala Sunday

Goodness needs to change into our natural way of life, not the exception. ~ anon traditional

The Shambhala Meditation Group of Cuenca is happy to invite you to our regular programming live and online via Zoom. We follow local health guidelines.

Our regular programming includes

Group meditation in English and Spanish
Every Sunday from 10:30 AM – noon. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10 AM.
The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and text recitations from our tradition.


Book study group, on a title related to Buddhism and mindfulness, meets
Every Tuesday from 3:30 – 5 PM.

Our programs are available in person and online. They are always free – and your donations are also much appreciated.
