Another big weekend at Pájaro y Bestia. Almost sold out of ribs Friday and sold out several hours before closing on Saturday. There were barely enough leftovers for me to have one lunch this week. Well, I guess that is a good problem to have.
I urge you to WhatsApp and reserve your food in advance if you are coming for ribs. I hate to disappoint people.
This week we will have some unadvertised experimental dishes on Saturday. We are l looking to broaden our horizons and put more dishes in the rotation. We are close to doubling our seating, and want to keep you coming back with increased options.
