Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic style of conscious movement based upon the breathe. The classes are bilingual, and it is helpful to have some familiarity with the yoga postures.
Starting Tuesday, January 17th, at 9 AM I will be teaching twice a week at Amapola Bistro. An amazing restaurant/gallery space located at Turi just next to Eduardo Vega’s space.
